Reviews and Ratings
I had mixed feelings about my stay. The hotel offers stunning views of Lake Arenal and the volcano, and the natural setting is beautiful. However, my experience was marred by dirty linens and a lack of elevator, which made getting my luggage up the stairs quite challenging. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience, but it could be a wonderful getaway if cleanliness is improved.
The hotel is surrounded by breathtaking views and is tucked away in a peaceful location, ideal for those seeking tranquility. However, the cleanliness of the linens left much to be desired, and the dining experience at the nearby restaurant was disappointing. Additionally, the absence of an elevator made lugging our bags up a challenge. While the price was reasonable, the mini bar items were overpriced, making it hard to feel good about indulging there.
I had a wonderful stay at Arenal Tropical Garden. It offers stunning views of the Arenal Volcano and Lake Arenal. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service from Eduardo was exceptional. The location is quite remote, but perfect if you plan to visit the Sky Adventures park. On the downside, access to dinner options is limited, as the nearest town is a bit of a drive.
I had an incredible experience at this hotel, surrounded by stunning views of Lake Arenal and the Arenal volcano. The amenities were perfect for our needs, and Eduardo, the manager, truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. While the location is a bit remote, this provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of more populated areas. However, be aware that the dining options are limited in the evenings and only certain rooms have air conditioning.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is nestled in a beautiful, tranquil setting away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are massive and clean, and I especially loved the jacuzzi room. Eduardo, the manager, was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast at the nearby restaurant was fantastic, but the location is quite remote, so plan your meals accordingly. Overall, this place offers great value for money and is perfect for those seeking peace and great activities nearby.
